HOSTEL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Hostel Management Committee is entrusted with ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the college hostel. It oversees the overall administration, maintenance, and welfare of hostel residents, ensuring that the living environment is safe, secure, and conducive to academic and personal growth. The hostel offers well-organized in-house accommodation along with hygienic and timely mess services, promoting a comfortable residential experience for students. The hostel committee members are responsible for the day-to-day management of the hostel and maintenance of discipline

OBJECTIVES

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of hostel operations and administration.
  • To provide a safe, secure, and disciplined residential environment for students.
  • To monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order within hostel premises.
  • To oversee the provision of nutritious, timely, and hygienic meals through mess services.
  • To address grievances and ensure the well-being and comfort of hostel residents
  • To implement rules and regulations that promote responsible behavior and community living.
  • To create a supportive and inclusive hostel atmosphere conducive to academic focus and personal development.
  • Quorum: The quorum shall be 2/3 rd of the total members.

    Frequency of meeting: Once in three months and as need arises.
